Kim Walton has spent the last 40 years designing energy-efficient homes and small buildings from the Alberta Foothills. Using her skills in Energy modelling and employing excellence in building science, Kim designs and manages Passive House and Net Zero projects across Western Canada.

Energy Advisor, Certified Passive House Designer, LEED AP (BD+C & Homes)
Nadia has a master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and is a Certified Energy Advisor & Passive House Designer. She is particularly passionate about sustainable architecture and how it impacts the wellbeing of occupants & the overall environment.
Steven Lucovic
Certified Passive House Designer
Steven comes from a background of general contracting/field construction and holds a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology. He has grown a strong passion for designing energy-efficient homes through his experience with Bow Crow Design. He sees the importance of providing clients with comfortable and sustainable living spaces. He recently completed his CPHD. Steven loves the outdoors and when he is not at his computer, he can be found hiking through the forest, soaking up the sun at the lake, or spending time with his family and friends.
